One-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage
Meibocare warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
Under this limited warranty, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Meibocare will provide a one-time exchange of the defective unit for a new or refurbished replacement of the same model. Please note that Meibocare does not offer cash refunds or repair services under this specific manufacturing warranty.
2. Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty is strictly limited to factory-related defects and does not cover:
Accidental Damage: Drops, liquid spills, or physical breakage.
Improper Use: Damage resulting from use outside the product’s intended purpose or instructions.
Maintenance & Wear: Normal wear and tear, battery degradation, or cosmetic aging.
Third-Party Alterations: Any product that has been tampered with or modified by unauthorized parties.
3. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details:

Requirement: You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) and a brief description/photo of the defect.
Once your claim is validated, we will provide instructions for the exchange process. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the defective unit to our facility.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
